Great White Buffalo

Royal Gorge Bridge

T & I went to the royal gorge bridge on the Bike yesterday. What a beautiful ride. I was very impressed with T - he doesn't like heights, and well this bridge is very high. when you're out in the middle you can real feel the sway and rock of the bridge. Cars are aloud to drive across too! that's a strange feeling when they drive by. It's something to do atleast once. there is a train that goes along the river at the bottom. we didn't have time to do that too. maybe we'll take P next time and do that.

Go Australia!

Muslims who want to live under Islamic Sharia law were told on Wednesday to get out of Australia , as the government targeted radicals in a bid to head off potential terror attacks. Separately, Prime Minister John Howard - of Australia angered some Australian Muslims on Wednesday by saying he supported spy agencies monitoring the nation's mosques. Quote: 'IMMIGRANTS, NOT AUSTRALIANS, MUST ADAPT. Take It Or Leave It. I am tired of this nation worrying about whether we are offending some individual or their culture. Since the terrorist attacks on Bali, we have experienced a surge in patriotism by the majority of Australians.' 'This culture has been developed over two centuries of struggles, trials and victories by millions of men and women who have sought freedom' 'We speak mainly ENGLISH, not Spanish, Lebanese, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, or any other language. Therefore, if you wish to become part of our society . Learn the language!' 'Most Australians believe in God. This is not some Christian, right wing, political push, but a fact, because Christian men and women, on Christian principles, founded this nation, and this is clearly documented. It is certainly appropriate to display it on the walls of our schools. If God offends you, then I suggest you consider another part of the world as your new home, because God is part of our culture.' 'We will accept your beliefs, and will not question why. All we ask is that you accept ours, and live in harmony and peaceful enjoyment with us.' 'This is OUR COUNTRY, OUR LAND, and OUR LIFESTYLE, and we will allow you every opportunity to enjoy all this. But once you are done complaining, whining, and griping about Our Flag, Our Pledge, Our Christian beliefs, or Our Way of Life, I highly encourage y ou take advantage of one other great Australian freedom, 'THE RIGHT TO LEAVE'.' 'If you aren't happy here then LEAVE. We didn't force you to come here. You asked to be here. So accept the country YOU accepted.'
Maybe if we circulate this amongst ourselves, American citizens will find the backbone to start speaking and voicing the same truths.

natural food health

  • A sliced Carrot looks like the human eye. The pupil, iris and radiating lines look just like the human eye... and YES, science now shows carrots greatly enhance blood flow to and function of the eyes
  • A Tomato has four chambers and is red. The heart has four chambers and is red. All of the research shows tomatoes are loaded with lycopine and are indeed pure heart and blood food.
  • Grapes hang in a cluster that has the shape of the heart. Each grape looks like a blood cell and all of the research today shows grapes are also profound heart and blood vitalizing food.
  • A Walnut looks like a little brain, a left and right hemisphere, upper cerebrums and lower cerebellums. Even the wrinkles or folds on the nut are just like the neo-cortex. We now know walnuts help develop more than three (3) dozen neuron-transmitters for brain function.
  • Kidney Beans actually heal and help maintain kidney function and yes, they look exactly like the human kidneys
  • Celery, Bok Choy, Rhubarb and many more look just like bones. These foods specifically target bone strength. Bones are 23% sodium and these foods are 23% sodium. If you don't have enough sodium in your diet, the body pulls it from the bones, thus making them weak. These foods replenish the skeletal needs of the body
  • Avocadoes, Eggplant and Pears target the health and function of the womb and cervix of the female - they look just like these organs. Today's research shows that when a woman eats one avocado a week, it balances hormones, sheds unwanted birth weight, and prevents cervical cancers. And how profound is this? It takes exactly nine (9) months to grow an avocado from blossom to ripened fruit. There are over 14,000 photolytic chemical constituents of nutrition in each one of these foods (modern science has only studied and named about 141 of them)
  • Figs are full of seeds and hang in twos when they grow. Figs increase the mobility of male sperm and increase the numbers of Sperm as well to overcome male sterility
  • Sweet Potatoes look like the pancreas and actually balance the glycemic index of diabetics
  • Olives assist the health and function of the ovaries
  • Oranges, Grapefruits, and other Citrus fruits look just l ike the mammary glands of the female and actually assist the health of the breasts and the movement of lymph in and out of the breasts
  • Onions look like the body's cells. Today's research shows onions help clear waste materials from all of the body cells. They even produce tears which wash the epithelial layers of the eyes. A working companion, Garlic, also helps eliminate waste materials and dangerous free radicals from the body.

Mid west flooding

flooding from all the heavy rains in the mid-west. This picture was in Indiana. the water has started to reced here. you can still see the high water marks up in the trees as you drive by. most roads are open and repairs are being made. Listening to the news, Iowa is still getting a lot of rain. many roads closed up there.

there is a couple walking down the road in this picture. out for a stroll surveying the storm's aftermath. I know the humidity was still high, lol!

Harrisburg

Here we are back into the humidity. Harrisburg, PA. lol. T had a trip going east this week ... we had hoped to get closer to home but no such luck as of yet. we had today off as there were no loads to pick up today. it was 105 here! our thermometer doesn't seperate heat and humidity, so I'm not sure what the air water level was today. It's cooling down now. past dinner time locally. the weather map shows some heavy T storms on the way. picked up some travel brochures... looks like Hershey, Gettysburg and lots of "Amish" type things to do around here. If we stay longer than expected we'll have to rent a car and go explore. Oh, and a zoo and caves... so much to see and so little time.

Memorial day weekend

went over to D & D's house for some summer day fun. They bought a slip n slide for his girls. well they wouldn't get on it and use it. apparently didn't really know how or were afraid to chip a nail. so some of the adults (me included) had to show them how it's done. by the end of the afternoon the girls were finally wet and giggly and the adults were discoving muscles we'd forgotten about. all and all a fun day. oh, an no one chipped a nail! lol
